Prasad Kodibagkar is the Head of Mortgage and Financial Services at Codvo.ai, where he leads the development of verticalized Generative AI solutions for the mortgage industry. With over three decades of experience in technology transformation across retail, consumer goods, logistics, transportation, and financial services industries, he has driven significant innovations across major mortgage servicing operations, including multiple Fortune 500 financial institutions.

As Executive Director and Servicing CTO at a Wells Fargo, he led technology simplification initiatives and cloud migration strategies. During his tenure at Mr. Cooper, he led digital transformation initiatives that optimized servicing processes enabling expansion of the mortgage servicing portfolio from 2.5MM to 4MM loans.

Kodibagkar’s cross-industry expertise includes developing AI-driven products like NeIO for mortgage operations optimization, implementing real-time analytics platforms, and leading cross-functional teams across technology and business domains. With a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a PG Diploma in AI/ML from UT Austin, along with specialized training in Prompt Engineering, he brings unique insights into leveraging AI technologies to revolutionize mortgage servicing operations while ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
