Donna R. Spencer, AMP

Donna R. Spencer is Vice President of Servicing Relationship and Performance Management in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing Division. She leads oversight of Servicers to ensure compliance with Freddie Mac policies and procedures for loss mitigation strategies, including COVID-19 forbearance and payment deferrals. Since joining Freddie Mac in 1992, Ms. Spencer has performed many roles spanning loss mitigation, implementation of Workout Prospector®, software development and operational risk. Ms. Spencer is a certified executive leadership coach with a strong interest in working with underrepresented clients, often high-potential women and men of color. In 2024, she was recognized with the Laurie A. Maggiano Legacy Award at the Five Star Conference.
