Anitha Deepak is a distinguished leader with over 22 years of experience in the technology industry, encompassing roles across India, North America, and the United Kingdom. Her professional journey commenced in 1999, where she actively participated in her mother's company, which specialized in the manufacturing and exporting of soft toys to international markets and India.
In 2003, Anitha embarked on her career in Information Technology. Since then, she has held various global roles, working with clients in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Her passion for travel has taken her to Europe and Asia, and she thrives on learning new things and embracing change. This enthusiasm for variation has led her to undertake diverse roles, including business analyst, domain consultant, program leader, customer relationship manager, and portfolio manager.
Inspired by her mother and numerous personal development gurus, Anitha co-founded TransNow, a venture dedicated to helping individuals realize their true potential, while continuing her full-time role as a Client Partner at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
