Mathias has deployed multiple genAI solutions to production and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Phoenix Burst – a genAI powered platform for exploring and delivering enterprise solutions that are integrated across people, process, and technology.

Rishi Choudhary is the co-founder and CEO of Kastle (www.kastle.ai), the leading AI agent platform for the mortgage industry. Before Kastle, he was the founding Product Manager for Redfin’s Mortgage Marketplace at age 22. He also led Redfin's Search Experience team responsible for 80% of the company's traffic. Choudhary has a BS in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Bin He holds the position of Executive, Science and Analytics at CoreLogic. He leads a team of economists, data scientists and BI analysts responsible for data and analytics such as predictive, AI, ML and NLP for all CoreLogic business functions, including macroeconomic trends, property and location intelligence, digital marketing, fraud prevention, borrowers and loan solutions, collateral and underwriting solutions, risk management and property insurance. Before he joined CoreLogic, He was director of credit analytics for Radian Guaranty, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of mortgage prepayment and default models. He earned a master’s degree in applied statistics and a doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama.

Gabe Minton serves as Mortgage Connect’s Chief Information Officer and is the Executive Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, he provides leadership and vision for the technology and information strategy, including the development of next generation digital platforms to facilitate a seamless experience between the consumer and client and to maximize operational efficiencies. Minton has more than 25 years in leadership roles with mortgage and technology companies, with a focus on developing software systems, products and standards. Throughout his career, he has led strategy and execution, communications and vendor relations. Previously, he has served as chief information officer at both Guild Mortgage and PHH, where he led their technology and information strategy, including business systems, architecture, infrastructure and product and services technology. Minton has also served in senior management, strategy and technology positions with ServiceLink, Motivity Solutions, Accenture Mortgage Cadence and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He was one of the leading architects and founding members of MISMO, the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (a subsidiary of MBA). He earned a B.S. with a double-major in computer science and statistics, and minor in mathematics from Radford University in Virginia, and a Master of software engineering degree from the University of Maryland.
