Jim Follette is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer at Pennymac and has over 20 years of mortgage industry expertise with a comprehensive skill set encompassing business operations, technology, accounting and finance. Follette has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer since November 2023. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Operations Officer from October 2022 to November 2023, Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Fulfillment Officer from February 2018 to October 2022 and Managing Director, Mortgage Fulfillment from February 2016 to February 2018. He has also held other executive positions since 2011. Follette is responsible for the company’s technology and servicing operations as well as corporate operations. Prior to joining Pennymac, Follette worked in several executive positions, including managing director of risk management at Countrywide Financial Corporation (and Bank of America Corporation, as its successor) from 2003 until 2011. In his roles, he led operations and risk management and was responsible for all aspects of operational management, transactional risk management and business development. Follette earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Earning her stripes as mortgage banker and warehouse lender, Stephanie transitioned to technology and has a proven track record of designing innovative, customer-centric solutions that streamline lending processes and enhance digital experiences. Throughout her technology career, she has spearheaded product development for top origination and servicing technology providers, blending deep industry knowledge with cutting edge technology to drive growth and efficiency. Passionate about transforming the fintech landscape, Stephanie is dedicated to delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms that empower both consumers and businesses in the evolving financial ecosystem.

As Chief Executive Officer of Snapdocs, Michael Sachdev is focused on the company's mission to automate the home mortgage experience. He joined Snapdocs as its first President in 2021 to lead the operating teams, and under his leadership, Snapdocs has transformed into the mortgage industry's most trusted digital closing provider. Prior to leading Snapdocs, Michael served as Chief Product Officer at Sunrun (NASDAQ:RUN). A graduate of Columbia Law School, he began his career as an attorney, spending six years as an antitrust associate at Morrison and Foerster LLP, while also serving as Special Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Michael also currently serves as a board member at Lumen Energy.
