Upon successful completion of this course, you will earn 15 points toward your Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation.
AMP Designation Credit
Professionals who complete all three SOMB courses will receive their Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.

Duration of Classroom Course: Four consecutive
days
Duration of Online Course: Four days a week for four consecutive weeks

Completing SOMB II Successfully
Credit
for SOMB II is earned when you have attended all hours of classroom training and passed the comprehensive examination at the end of the course with a 75% or greater. You are given three attempts to pass the final exam. In the event you do not pass
the exam after three attempts, you will be required to re-register and retake the course in order to obtain a certificate of completion.
Exemption
There are no exemptions from SOMB II. SOMB I
is not required unless you are pursuing your AMP Designation.
