Tamara King is Vice President of Residential Policy and Member Engagement. She helps lead MBA's engagement strategy for the Policy Team with several key member segments. Ms. King oversees MBA's Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council and Network, the Community Bank and Credit Union Network, the Warehouse Lenders Executive Council, the Wholesale Lenders Executive Forum, and the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. Prior to her current role, she managed MBA's residential loan production areas where she helped direct the association's policy development on regulatory, legislative, and industry issues. Tamara has extensive experience in mortgage finance, community development, and state and local governments. Previously, Tamara was a Senior Business Manager for manufactured housing in Fannie Mae's Single-Family Mortgage Business. In this role, Tamara was responsible for developing and managing new initiatives and products, and developing business and strategic relationships with manufactured-housing participants. She also managed the development of several affordable lending products at Fannie Mae. Tamara's other positions have included Vice President of Community Development at HSBC Bank in New York, Director of the New Homes Program at the New York City Housing Partnership, Senior Project Planner in the New York City Mayor's Office of Operations, and Senior Budget Examiner in the New York State Department of the Budget. Tamara earned a master of public policy degree from the School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature with concentrations in public policy and African American studies from Swarthmore College.

With over 15 years of industry leadership experience, Justin brings a diversified mortgage background with a customer-first approach to his role as President and CEO of Prosperity Home Mortgage. Having been mentored by some of the most well-respected leaders in the mortgage industry, Justin is focused on ensuring Prosperity remains an industry leading, tech-enabled lender with a focus on providing a superior customer experience. Before joining Prosperity’s executive team in 2013, Justin held roles at Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage) and with The Long and Foster Companies. Justin received his degree from the University of Michigan and enjoys spending time with his family, at their home in Oakton, Virginia, and family cabin in Northern Michigan.
Tamra Rieger serves on the Executive Team of Evergreen Home Loans as President. She is responsible for integrating the major functions of the business, creating focus, accountability, and alignment, including executing the business plan and implementing strategic goals. Divisions under her oversight include sales and marketing, operations, finance, and capital markets. Also, she directs digital mortgage technology initiatives, driving efficiency and improving the overall customer experience, and leads the development of innovative products that increase opportunities for customers and agents, including Evergreen’s cash offer suite of products. Tamra is a sought-after speaker at Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and other industry conferences and events, discussing topics such as digital mortgage implementation and women in leadership. Mortgage Women Magazine named her a 2022 Mortgage Star, and HousingWire recognized her as a 2024, 2023 and 2021 HW Women of Influence winner. Tamra holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and has 28 years of experience in mortgage lending, holding positions as Chief Operating Officer, EVP Loan Fulfillment and SVP Capital Markets. She has served on the Fannie Mae Risk Advisory Board and Freddie Mac Lender Advisory Board.
Loreli Wilson serves as the Director of People Services at Veterans United Home Loans (VU), focusing on fostering an inclusive workplace and making a positive impact in the community. A first-generation Filipino American and University of Missouri graduate, Loreli brings her personal and professional experiences to her work, helping to create programs that support a culture where everyone feels they belong. Loreli has been involved in the creation and implementation of several initiatives at Veterans United, earning VU the Corporate Leader of Inclusion + Innovation from the Society of Diversity in 2017 and the Residential Leadership Award for Diversity and Inclusion from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2018 and 2024. Shortly after creating and launching VU’s military benefits program, VU was also acknowledged in 2020 with the Freedom Award, the highest honor bestowed to an employer by the US Department of Defense for support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve. Beyond her work at VU, Loreli is deeply involved in community leadership. She serves on the boards of Regional Economic Development Inc. (REDI), the Veterans United Foundation, and the Central Region Workforce Development Board. As president of the Flourish Initiative, she champions youth well-being and development, helping young people thrive in life, education, and careers.
