About the Event

MBA Education is pleased to offer a first-of-its-kind training program covering the essential elements and requirements needed to be certified as an FHA LEAN underwriter. Following in the footsteps of the FHA MAP and FHA 221(d)(4) program, MBA Education will bring together industry leaders to ensure industry professionals have the most comprehensive training to succeed on the job.

This virtual training will be delivered through six virtual sessions of 90 minutes each, and attendees are required to attend all sessions and complete the final assessment made available at the end of the final session in order to receive the MBA's Certificate of Completion.

  • Identify the requirements of state survey reviews
  • Analyze the operator’s financial and operating capacity
  • Differentiate between the various types of revenue sources for skilled nursing
  • Interpret factors considered in sizing a Section 232 transaction
