About the Event

Property Inspection and Environmental Concerns provides participants with the basic information needed to review the third-party property condition and environmental assessment reports. Common commercial/multifamily building deficiencies and environmental hazards will be discussed. Tips for conducting an efficient property inspection and management interview will also be provided. Participants have the opportunity to evaluate photographs of sample property physical deficiencies and environmental hazards, identify the problem areas, and provide recommendations for remediation. Participants also review a sample property condition report and develop a range of questions that would be asked to a property manager.
