How do people benefit from executive coaching?
Executive coaching is for strong leaders who want to ignite their leadership and help their people do their best work. Workplaces are filled with people from varying backgrounds and life experiences. Executive coaching helps executives to support and coach their teams, so everyone can contribute to their full potential.

All human beings have blind spots, limiting beliefs, and negative stories that get in the way of achieving success and fulfillment. Our Fast Forward Group Master Coaches help executives overcome these obstacles and reach their full potential.

How do you assign coaches?
We are proud to have a diverse roster of more than 50 coaches in 15 countries around the globe.

After we complete a client intake call, we take several factors into account when pairing our clients with coaches. As well as examining the client’s unique needs, we consider region, background, professional, and personal life experience. Our goal is to ensure a high-value match where clients feel understood, motivated, and connected to their coach.

Fast Forward Group coaches cite significant improvements in:

  • Thinking big and taking risks
  • Focus and time management
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Relationships and collaboration
  • Communication and influence
  • Well-being and happiness

What Coaching IS vs ISN’T
The aim of executive coaching is to improve leadership and management performance, through developing your self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and capacity to influence others.

Often people think coaching is telling people what to do and to solve their problems - but coaching isn't teaching, counseling, or mentoring. It’s about asking the right questions to come up with your own solutions.

A coach’s role is to help you learn to see yourself more clearly, personally, and professionally — to discover and expand your capabilities and to inspire and support you as you work towards your full potential and goals.
