Mary Wang

Ms. Wang is part of the originations team, with experience sourcing and closing loans in all property types and across all geographic locations. Prior to her current role, she was part of the CMBS originations team at Greystone and a senior underwriter on the Barclays CMBS team. She started her career as an associate on the UBS securitization team, then moved on to become a Senior Associate in Product and Strategy Development at Situs, coordinating the launch of two new CRE lending programs for two global banks. Ms. Wang holds a BS in Finance and MS in Accounting from St. John’s University, where she was a full-ride Presidential Scholar.
