Keith James

Keith James is a Developer with Spokane, WA-based Inland Group. Keith has over 28 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, finance and operations, with much of that experience related to senior housing and affordable housing. His experience in the industry includes working in acquisition and development with a public assisted living operator, leading his own affordable housing consulting firm, serving on the Spokane Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, and helping grow Inland Group's portfolio to over 14,000 multifamily units.
