Jim King is the Senior Director of Insurance for Q10 Capital Servicing. He has worked in the insurance industry over 20 years and is well versed in the insurance world. King manages the Q10 Capital Insurance Servicing team which services a portfolio of over a thousand loans and in excess of six billion dollars in principal balance. Recognizing the struggles and difficulties both borrowers and lenders have with insurance, he makes sure his team stays up to date with current regulations and operates at the highest level of professionalism. King is one of two licensed agents on staff with property casualty insurance licenses.
