Heather Anderson

As Chief Technology Officer, Heather Anderson leads Northmarq’s digital transformation across all business lines, including application development, cloud, data, information security and business process integration. She is an accomplished information technology leader who excels at understanding business needs and developing technology solutions that drive business strategy.

Heather joined Northmarq in 2020, most recently holding the position of Vice President, Application Services. Prior to Northmarq, Heather held IT leadership roles in the financial industry at TCF Bank and US Bank. She has over 20 years of progressive technology experience, beginning her career as a software engineer before transitioning into IT management.
