Ben Schweitzer

As Head of Capital Markets Innovation at Newmark, he leverages $30 billion in transactional experience to drive growth and deliver value through technology-enabled solutions and products. Previously, Ben founded and led Freddie Mac's Multifamily Innovation Lab and Small Balance Loan product line. He also co-founded GPARENCY, an AI-powered mortgage brokerage recognized on LinkedIn’s “2022 Top Startup List.” Ben has been named to GlobeSt.'s "50 Under 40" and is a Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leader.
