As president of mortgage banking for Lument, Tyler Griffin is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire loan production and debt capital markets businesses. She manages operations across all loan platforms, supports our technology initiatives, and plays a key role in rolling out Lument’s growth strategy. Prior to Lument, Tyler was chief operating officer (COO) at predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, having previously served as COO at Dwight Capital, which she established as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. Before that, she was senior director and head of FHA programs at Capital One Multifamily Finance after serving as vice president at Beech Street Capital. Tyler graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University. She was a two-time All-American goalkeeper on the school’s women’s soccer team and an inductee in the Vanderbilt Hall of Fame.

Reginald (Reggie) Booker is Associate Vice President of Commercial/Multifamily Research at the Mortgage Bankers Association. In this role, Reggie handles MBA's research on the commercial and multifamily real estate markets. His work covers the macro-economy, commercial and multifamily property markets, commercial and multifamily real estate finance, servicing, mortgage banking benchmarking and more. Reggie also oversees MBA's commercial peer business roundtables including CFOs, CTOs, Marketing, and HR heads, and leads special MBA projects, including its CREF Careers and helps with MBAs Diversity and Inclusion program. His work on the commercial real estate finance markets are regularly cited in the media, on Capitol Hill and in regulatory settings.

Michael Fratantoni is MBA's Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing MBA's industry surveys and benchmarking studies, economic and mortgage originations forecasts, and policy development research for both single-family and commercial/multifamily markets. Additionally, Fratantoni is a member of the Board of Directors of the CONVERGENCE Collaborative, and the Smith Enterprise Risk Consortium’s (SERC’s) Advisory Council. Prior to joining MBA, Fratantoni worked in risk management and senior economist roles at Washington Mutual and Fannie Mae. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in economics from The College of William and Mary and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, and Johns Hopkins, George Washington, and Georgetown Universities.
