Mike Jenkins

Mike Jenkins currently serves as Senior Vice President of KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Mr. Jenkins joined KeyBank in 2013 and brings more than 15 years of experience in Loan Servicing and Asset Management. As the leader of KeyBank’s Special Servicing team in Kansas City, he oversees B-Piece underwriting, surveillance, compliance, investor reporting and distressed Loan asset management for KeyBank’s named specially servicing portfolio.

KeyBank’s Special Servicing team currently has more $200 Billion in named Special Servicing rights across Agency, Conduit and SASB. Since 2016, the team has underwritten more than $100B in total assets within all asset classes nationwide.
