Parker Brissette is a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at Richey May, predominately serving as a vCISO for many clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology, he has worked with clients across many industries including Fintech, Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, and Banking. He is dedicated to enabling business growth through cybersecurity and tailoring information security programs to meet business needs.
Michael Nouguier has more than 15 years of experience providing enterprise information security and risk management services to various organizations, from mid-market to enterprise, with an emphasis on the financial services industries. Known for leading large and diverse teams of cybersecurity professionals, Michael has a track record of being a trusted and valued partner to clients, providing services that include Strategy and Advisory, vCISO, Digital Forensics and Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Implementation and Managed Security Services. His experience includes numerous compliance verticals, including PCI-DSS, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, TPN, ISO, SOC, New York State Department of Financial Services Data Security and GDPR while driving consistent delivery of Cybersecurity services in alignment with industry best practices (CIS/NIST/ISO/CMMC). Michael creates sustainable change for his clients by focusing on understanding their overall business priorities and their current state of security to build customized cybersecurity strategies, leading to stronger adoption of practices and ultimately lasting success.
Chris Williams has over 14 years of IT and cybersecurity experience. In his role at Richey May, he works with organizations to bring a better understanding of their security and helps align security with business objectives. Chris has provided assessments and advisory services for clients in the financial, media and entertainment, manufacturing, professional and business services, healthcare, educational, retail, and energy sectors. He has experience in designing programs to comply with FFIEC, HIPAA Requirements, FTC Safeguards Rule, DOL ERISA, CIS Hardening and Critical Security Controls, and NIST CSF, 800-53 and 800-61. Chris also works with the Department of Labor teaching cybersecurity to active-duty military, veterans, and their spouses. He created the curriculum for the program to aid in preparing those students for their CompTIA Security+ certification.
