Rick Hill is the Vice President of Industry Technology at the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is responsible for managing MBA’s technology initiatives within the real estate finance industry, managing MBA’s technology committees, and developing technology content for MBA conferences and events. Before joining MBA, Hill was the Director of Data Strategy at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for data standards and best practices, data management including the company's data warehouse, and managing the relationship with regulatory agencies relating to information requirements. Hill began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte, after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from The College of William and Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Laurent is the Chief Technologist for Worldwide Federal Financial Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and heads up the Worldwide resilience/chaos engineering focus group. In this role, he is responsible for the vision, thought leadership across technology domains, and development and execution of strategies across Worldwide Federal Financial Services that help AWS customers with their cloud transformation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, serverless architectures, and DevSecOps/CI/CD practices. He enables customers independent of industry to build highly resilient applications on AWS. Laurent has deep experience in public, private financial services, the payments industry, and the financial regulatory landscape. Before joining AWS, Laurent held leadership roles at Red Hat, where he served as a Principal Solutions Architect for Financial Services, advising top banking and capital markets firms on digital transformation, DevOps, and hybrid cloud strategies. He also led product management for Red Hat's management portfolio and open hybrid cloud initiatives.
John Hickman is a senior financial services leader with over 30 years of experience in single and multi-family secondary mortgage finance, asset-backed securities, consumer and commercial lending, payments, and treasury management. His expertise lies in product delivery, innovation, predictive analytics, and data science. John joined CSS in 2020 where he now leads the Product Office. This group is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enhancements to the Common Securitization Platform and driving innovation. Prior to joining CSS, John was Managing Principal at Capco, where he led the Commercial Banking, Treasury and Cash Management practices across North America. Prior to Capco, John held leadership roles in Program Management, Treasury and Securitization at Fannie Mae, World Bank, Commerce Bank and JP Morgan Chase.
Manoj Shetty is the Head of Infrastructure and Cloud services at Common Securitization Solutions, supporting the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He is a seasoned Infrastructure and Cloud Services leader with 25 years of experience, specializing in designing, implementing and managing robust IT infrastructures and applications. With a deep understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps and software development, he has led the design and implementation of robust, secure, and high-performance systems. His expertise spans across cloud-native solutions, microservices, and integrations, facilitating reliable and efficient Operations. Known for blending technical acumen with strategic insight, he has spearheaded digital transformations and guided teams through complex technical challenges, positioning CSS at the forefront of the industry. Prior to joining CSS, Manoj held several leadership positions at OpenText driving Architecture, Cloud Support Services and Financial Services Integration, bringing extensive experience to shape robust cloud strategies.
