Rick Hill is the Vice President of Industry Technology at the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is responsible for managing MBA’s technology initiatives within the real estate finance industry, managing MBA’s technology committees, and developing technology content for MBA conferences and events. Before joining MBA, Hill was the Director of Data Strategy at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for data standards and best practices, data management including the company's data warehouse, and managing the relationship with regulatory agencies relating to information requirements. Hill began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte, after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from The College of William and Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Lori Daigle joined the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) Identity Management Team in November of 2023 as a Program Specialist. Her current focus is on the mDL ecosystem, working to enhance Relying Party Outreach and Engagement. Prior to her current role, she spent nearly nine (9) years with the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and served as the Director of the Driver License section. She has also led two nonprofits: the Northern Colorado AIDS Project and the Alliance for Suicide Prevention and taught high school Marketing, Management, and Psychology at Pinewood Preparatory School in Summerville, South Carolina where she was named Teacher of the Year.
Pat is the Founder/CEO of Proof, formerly Notarize. The company is responsible for creating the online notary industry and digitizing countless workflows for the first time. Proof completed the country's first-ever online mortgage closing in 2017, online will, and more. The company has passed legislation in 47 states and has changed countless federal policies to enable the digital, secure execution of life’s most important transactions. Rebranding from Notarize the Proof, the platform now extends its online notarization capabilities with cryptographic signatures and advanced fraud, deepfake, and anti-forgery capabilities to secure every customer interaction from identity verification, to eSignature, authorizations, and online closings. Pat was previously a Partner in the venture capital firm Polaris Partners where he built and invested in new technology companies. He led Series A and B in Lob and Drizly (acquired by Uber for $1.1B) and served on the boards of both companies. Pat has built products across a wide range of industries, including search, social, productivity, legal, finance, and real estate. He co-founded Spindle, which was acquired by Twitter in June 2013. Spindle developed patented search technology to generate topical, algorithmic timelines from Facebook and Twitter content. Prior to Spindle, Pat was at Microsoft incubating new concepts and bringing them to market, leading the development of Docs.com. Launched by Mark Zuckerberg at F8 in 2010, Docs.com was a collaboration with Facebook to bring Microsoft Office Online to the Facebook audience. Before Docs.com, he helped to launch Bing Social Search in October 2009.
