John Sayre is a long-time mortgage industry veteran, primarily in Capital Markets at various major national and regional lenders including Mr. Cooper, Caliber Home Loans, and Home Savings of America. He also was an executive for 15 years at Fannie Mae where he managed the Single-Family Business for the Western US. At Curinos, Sayre is Director of Home Lending Market Intelligence where he supports hundreds of Clients in their usage of Curinos’ market benchmarking data. Sayre has a degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Dartagnon (Dart) Budz serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Newrez LLC and oversees the finance and data analytics organizations. Budz joined Newrez in 2022 as Head of Finance and took over as Chief Financial Officer in January 2024. He has spent more than 15 years in financial services and mortgage banking, including previous roles at Bank of America, Santander, and Service Finance, a division of Truist. Budz has nearly 25 years of finance experience in consumer retail, consumer lending, mortgage, and fintech businesses, including extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Budz attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance. He also earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
Beginning his mortgage industry career in 2002 in Grand Prairie, TX, Paul Yarbrough progressed from an intern in accounting to key roles in Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets with both independent mortgage bankers and a depository. A graduate of West Texas A&M, boasting a BA in Finance and a minor in Economics, Paul transitioned to Mortgage Capital Trading in 2015. He now helms the Client Success Group as Sr. Director, drawing from his two-decade industry experience.
