Michael Sullivan is Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Pulte Mortgage LLC in Englewood, Colorado where he is responsible for the legal operations of Pulte Mortgage LLC, as well as the title and insurance businesses owned by PulteGroup, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Sullivan is a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and a past chairman of the MBA’s Legal Issues Committee, a member of the American Bar Association Consumer Financial Services Committee and the Board of Governors of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law.

Lanique Eubanks is a Senior Counsel in the Office of Regulations at the CFPB. Lanique has worked as the team lead on rulemakings and projects re the 10-Year review of Regulation Z’s Loan Originator Rule (LO Rule), LIBOR transition consistent with the federal LIBOR Act, FCRA involving human trafficking and medical debt. She serves as the office staff contact for the SAFE Act and LO Rule and provides interpretive guidance on Regulation Z mortgage matters (ATR, points/fees & TRID) and RESPA. Before 2021, Lanique worked in Supervision where she provided legal advice to CFPB examiners and assisted in the selection process of financial institutions to be examined and implementing supervisory strategies. Prior to this, she practiced financial services law for several years in the private sector.
Jed Mayk is a partner in the Pennsylvania office of Hudson Cook and Chair of the firm’s Mortgage Lending and Servicing Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on state and federal regulatory compliance for the mortgage and home equity lending programs of banks and licensed lenders. Jed advises clients on TILA, RESPA and the other core mortgage banking laws. He is the co-Editor in Chief of HouseLaw and a co-author of the RESPA/TIL Integrated Disclosures chapter of The Law of Truth in Lending. Jed is also the author of the MBA’s Compliance Essentials: Home Equity Line of Credit Resource Guide.
R. Colgate Selden is a co-founding partner at SeldenLindeke LLP. The firm counsels industry clients on regulatory legal, licensing, supervision, enforcement and litigation matters. Prior to SeldenLindeke LLP, Colgate was a partner at two international law firms and was the head of regulatory legal, compliance and risk for product, origination, data privacy and secondary market activities at a fintech and fulfillment provider. Colgate was also a senior counsel at the CFPB where he helped to write LO Comp, ATR, TRID, HELOC, Privacy, Debt Collection and AMTPA rules. Additionally, he was the lead for TILA mortgage, Privacy and FDCPA inquiries submitted to the CFPB and a member of the RESPA policy team. His CFPB, in-house, and law firm experiences provide a unique vantage point for clients.
