CONVERGENCE Place-Based Initiatives

CONVERGENCE place-based initiatives use a collective impact model to leverage the strength of local stakeholders such as lenders, real estate professionals, housing counselors, community development corporations, local government, and others, along with national partners to facilitate solutions to close the knowledge, trust, market, and resource gaps that create barriers to homeownership for Black, Hispanic, and other underserved communities.
