Mary Hayes

Mary Hayes is the Head of Wholesale Lending Services Real Estate Vertical. Her team is a key partner to the Commercial Real Estate Banking organization and provides support to all construction lending and real estate lending transactions across JPMorgan Chase. Her team is deployed internationally with offices in Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas/ Plano, Newark, Tempe, Bengaluru & Manila.
Prior to joining the firm, Mary held roles at R1 RCM, where she served as their Senior Vice President of Global Business Planning and as Chief of Staff to the CEO. She also developed and led the firm-wide corporate social responsibility program.
Before joining R1 RCM, Mary spent the majority of her career at GE Capital and Heller Financial. She supported the commercial lending businesses and held multiple operations roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Mary was viewed as a culture champion and led the 1,200 person Chicago hub of the Women’s Network to help attract, retain and develop diverse talent.
Since 2016, Mary serves on the board for Sarah’s Circle. Sarah’s Circle is a Chicago-based non-profit organization with a mission of ending homelessness for women. The organization provides a full spectrum of services including a day center, interim housing and permanent supportive housing, supported by case managers to ensure women can rebuild their lives.
Mary is certified as a Black Belt in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master’s in Business Administration in General Management from Northwestern University (Kellogg school of Management).
