Cindy Ina

Cindy Ina is a Director on the Freddie Mac AMO Surveillance team who is focused with ongoing surveillance and performance analysis as well as the Master Servicing responsibilities of the securitized, HFI & HFS KT, ML, Q, and SBL portfolios. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2020, Cindy was Vice President at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Servicing from 2009-2020 within various management roles in Portfolio Surveillance and Reporting overseeing the performance, risk and inspections of a $500B CMBS portfolio and in GSE Asset Management overseeing the servicing and asset management of the $1B Freddie Mac portfolio, including approval authority of consents, new loan set-up, compliance, process controls, rating agency reviews, audit, and new deal review. From 2002-2009, Ms. Ina was a Credit Officer with a focus on underwriting large commercial real estate projects ($1MM-$500MM). Ms. Ina received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Xavier University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. She was a member of the CREFC planning committee for the Washington DC Real Estate Forum in December 2020. Cindy is currently a co-chair on the CREFC Women’s Network Community Outreach Committee for the past five years, a member of MBA and CREFC, volunteer for youth sports and her church in Virginia. She is also a mentor for Freddie Mac, Georgetown, and CREFC.
