Melanie guides her team through the launching of new products and works to ensure her team stays informed about market trends and agency guideline updates.

With over 10 years of experience in the CRE space, Melanie has been with BWE since 2018 and previously worked with NewPoint (fka Barings) as an Agency Closer.
