Caitlin Guerra

With 10 years of event planning and association management experience, Caitlin Guerra is a master multitasker, chaos coordinator, and vendor wrangler. On any given day, she might lead back-to-back Zoom meetings, build online event registration forms, track down venues for upcoming professional association events, or research promo item vendors.

As Vice President of Management Services at Confluent Strategies, Caitlin leverages her vast skill set to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events for five statewide mortgage bankers associations (MBAs), eight local MBA chapters, and six conferences. With a staff of five, she oversees all marketing and administrative tasks, which ensures seamless operations, communications, and implementation. Caitlin joined Confluent Strategies in 2017 as an event coordinator. Since then, the company’s association management business has experienced double-digit growth.

Caitlin earned a B.A. in hospitality and resort management from the University of Memphis and holds a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies and Memphis Tigers and spending time with her husband, daughter, and beloved Corgi.
