Join us for MBA's Commercial/Multifamily Insurance Conclave 2024. This premier event focuses on bringing together Insurance and Risk executives from a variety of commercial real estate financing institutions. The conclave will feature a number of panel discussions focused on insurance market trends. The finalized agenda will be published in August 2024.

MBA's Commercial/Multifamily Insurance Conclave will be held at the President Hilton. MBA has secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate for registered attendees.

Once registered for the conference, attendees will receive a confirmation letter with a personalized link to secure their room. Reservations within the MBA room block will not be taken by the hotel. Each paid registrant may reserve one guestroom. You may reserve hotel accommodations only after you have registered and paid for the conference.

Discount Cutoff: Friday, September 6

The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the deadline, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Insurance Conclave Registration Substitutions" at [email protected] and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before October 3, 2024.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations" at [email protected]. See below for the refund schedule. Received on or before September 6, 2024: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Received September 7 - September 20, 2024: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. Received after September 21, 2024: No refunds after this date.

SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.
