Michael Greenbaum is the Chief Operating Officer of Safeguard Properties where he has played a pivotal role since joining the company in July 2010. Initially brought on as Vice President of REO, Greenbaum's exceptional leadership and strategic vision quickly propelled him to Vice President of Operations in 2013, and ultimately to COO in 2015. Over his 14-year tenure at Safeguard, he has been instrumental in driving change and fostering innovation within the Property Preservation sector, consistently delivering excellence and becoming a trusted partner to clients and investors. A distinguished graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Greenbaum earned a degree in Quantitative Economics. Following his graduation, he served in the U.S. Army's Ordnance Branch, where he specialized in supply chain management. Before his tenure at Safeguard, he honed his expertise by managing global supply chains for 13 years, leveraging his military and civilian experience to lead with precision and efficacy.

Javad Arain is an experienced professional who has spent 24 years at Assurant, consistently improving business efficiency with an entrepreneurial approach to product design and management. Since joining the Product team in 2012, Arain has spearheaded strategic analysis for lender-placed insurance and managed the loss draft business product line, overseeing significant transformations such as enhancing the online presence for a better mobile experience. Key achievements include launching the carrier direct endorsement product, deploying the claim classification tool, introducing mobile deposit features, and virtual inspections. His focus on compliance has aligned business practices with four rounds of investor guideline changes, always aiming to improve customer experience.
