Wendy has been engaged as a legal executive in both mortgage servicing and technology for more than 20 years. During this time, Wendy has played the role of lawyer, consultant (Deloitte), servicer (Washington Mutual Bank), start-up strategist, and even was a database architect way back when in her past life. She works on the impact of data privacy laws on the servicing community and is honored to contribute to the movement to prevent upcoming regulatory and legal changes from unnecessarily impacting mortgage operations.

With his relevant experience, Farooque has relentlessly supported the delivery of Sagent’s first and only mortgage servicing platform that unifies all data and user experiences for servicers and homeowners across the entire servicing lifecycle.
Prasad Kodibagkar is the Head of Mortgage and Financial Services at Codvo.ai, where he leads the development of verticalized Generative AI solutions for the mortgage industry. With over three decades of experience in technology transformation across retail, consumer goods, logistics, transportation, and financial services industries, he has driven significant innovations across major mortgage servicing operations, including multiple Fortune 500 financial institutions. As Executive Director and Servicing CTO at a Wells Fargo, he led technology simplification initiatives and cloud migration strategies. During his tenure at Mr. Cooper, he led digital transformation initiatives that optimized servicing processes enabling expansion of the mortgage servicing portfolio from 2.5MM to 4MM loans. Kodibagkar’s cross-industry expertise includes developing AI-driven products like NeIO for mortgage operations optimization, implementing real-time analytics platforms, and leading cross-functional teams across technology and business domains. With a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a PG Diploma in AI/ML from UT Austin, along with specialized training in Prompt Engineering, he brings unique insights into leveraging AI technologies to revolutionize mortgage servicing operations while ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
