Mr. Majewski is the Executive Managing Director with CBRE Capital Markets. Mr. Majewski has extensive experience in the origination, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of commercial real estate debt for life insurance companies, pension funds, Agencies and Wall Street sources. Prior to returning to CBRE, Mr. Majewski was the Executive Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis’ Capital Markets Group. During his 27 years of experience, Jeff has worked in every aspect of the commercial real estate finance business, from loan originations to loan servicing, asset management and lender and client development, as well as the detailed day-to-day operations of running the business.

Megan Booth has nearly three decades in the housing and finance sectors. She serves as the AVP for Commercial and Multifamily Policy at the Mortgage Bankers Association. Immediately before joining MBA, Booth served as the SVP of Policy at the Manufactured Housing Institute, where she managed advocacy, communications, and research to support the factory-built housing industry. For nearly 24 years prior, Booth was with the National Association of REALTORS®, where she worked on federal housing and commercial policy issues. She also coordinated NAR’s policy staff. Booth has previous experience in the construction industry and as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill. A native of Massachusetts, Megan received her B.A. from George Washington University and a Master’s degree from George Mason.

Kathleen Dufraine is the Managing Director of the Insurance Center of Excellence and Head of the Corporate Flood Program at JPMorgan Chase. With over 35 years of experience as a credentialed and licensed insurance professional, Kathleen leverages her extensive expertise to build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, transform business processes, and provide consultative insurance support to lending and servicing leaders. A recognized industry leader, Kathleen is a passionate advocate for reforming the Flood Disaster Protection Act and frequently speaks on this critical topic. Her past achievements include collaborating with the Mortgage Bankers Association to lobby Congress for the creation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), developing the ACORD 28 Property Certificate, and co-authoring influential whitepapers such as “Blanket Insurance” and “Due Diligence for Force Placed Insurance.” More recently, she contributed to the first edition of the ABA’s Reference Guide to Flood Compliance. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kathleen enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, and traveling.

Adam Shores is senior vice president for state government relations for the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), where he leads the organization’s state government relations and advocacy efforts. In this capacity, he advocates for public policy solutions benefiting insurance consumers and member companies. He also leads APCIA’s state political strategy, including managing the organization’s corporate PAC priorities and political engagement efforts. Prior to joining APCIA, he spent nearly 15 years with Allstate Insurance Company where he directed strategic advocacy programs on several key public policy priorities. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in government relations, political engagement and public affairs in both the public and private sectors. He has been on the forefront of many insurance-related legislative initiatives and has extensive experience in grassroots engagement, issue advocacy and PAC management.
