Jenna is a Senior Manager in PwC's Banking Transformation practice. She joined PwC from the mortgage industry, bringing with her nearly 10 years experience at mortgage industry giants where she held different roles across the enterprises, from operational to technical. As a consultant with PwC, Jenna has helped large financial services firms assess, design, and implement process and technology transformations, from QA/QC readiness to non-financial risk target operating models. She is at the forefront of PwC's consumer lending and mortgage initiatives with respect to Generative AI. She is also Leading SAFe and SAFe Enterprise Agility certified, and a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.

Leonard A. Bernstein is a Philadelphia financial services attorney who focuses on financial regulatory and banking matters. He provides consumer credit compliance advice on federal, Pennsylvania and New Jersey laws and regulations to banks, mortgage bankers and finance companies. He advises clients on credit card, auto finance, deposit, residential mortgage and other retail finance products. With in-depth knowledge of the federal Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and similar laws, Mr. Bernstein regularly helps clients review documents and disclosures, and otherwise maximize compliance. He handles bank regulatory issues and exams, and works with litigators to defend class actions and individual claims against financial services providers. He has been elected to the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers.
Scott Long is a seasoned data and AI leader from Dallas, Texas. He is Vice President of Data Services and Emerging Technologies at Guild Mortgage Company LLC, directing enterprise data initiatives and spearheading the artificial intelligence strategy. He scales data and AI-driven solutions, fosters a culture of continuous innovation, and drives tech-powered revenue growth. He showcases his expertise in aligning data strategy within business objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. Before joining Guild in October 2023, Scott held leadership positions at PrimeLending, overseeing the data, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives. He led the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that enhanced customer experience, improved operational efficiency, and increased market share. He has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry and related data and artificial intelligence fields.
Kim Phan counsels clients on privacy and data security law in areas including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other federal and state privacy and data security statutes and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Her work in this area encompasses strategic planning and guidance for companies to incorporate privacy and data security considerations throughout product development, marketing, and implementation. She also assists companies with data breach prevention and response, including establishing effective data security programs prior to a breach and the assessment of breach response obligations following a breach.
