Matt Rocco was the 2023 Chairman of the MBA and is President of Colliers Mortgage. Matt serves on the MBA Board and has served on MBA's Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), and MBA Opens Doors Foundation Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Roundtable. In his role at Colliers Mortgage, Matt works with the Colliers team to build its business across the country and expand upon Colliers comprehensive capital markets services and solutions. Prior to joining Colliers Mortgage, Matt was Chairman and CEO of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of Truist Bank. Prior to joining Grandbridge in 1998, Matt was engaged in Invst. Banking.

Brian Hanson joined CWCapital in February 2006. His responsibilities are focused on maximizing strategic relationships with clients and business partners of the firm and its affiliates RealINSIGHT and RealINSIGHT Marketplace as well as industry constituents. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Hanson managed the primary and special servicing and asset management functions for CRIIMI MAE’s $19 billion commercial mortgage portfolio. Prior to CRIIMI MAE, Mr. Hanson served as Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Director for JCF Partners in Lanham, MD, overseeing their $1 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to joining JCF in 1991, Mr. Hanson was Vice President of secondary marketing and syndications for a financial institution and its wholly-owned mortgage banking subsidiary.
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Anne Jablonski serves as Executive Managing Director, Head of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) at SitusAMC. In her role, Anne is responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversight of SitusAMC’s CRE segment, harnessing the collective power of the organization to help clients realize opportunities across the life cycle of their real estate activity. Previously, Anne served as Senior Relationship Manager, where she was focused on global strategic business strategies with clients, which include building, implementing and scaling solutions that help achieve client-driven objectives to transform operations. Anne rejoined SitusAMC in April 2019, after having been with SitusAMC for more than 17 years (1997–2014) and was instrumental in establishing and growing many of the firm’s key practice areas including running the New York City office, expanding the Consulting Staffing business, and launching a number of major global bank support platforms. During this time, she oversaw the launch of offices in Tokyo, Atlanta, Dallas and Los Angeles in addition to running the New York group. In 2014, Anne joined Cushman and Wakefield (C and W) where she served as Executive Managing Director, Valuation and Advisory. During her time at C and W, she worked hand-in-hand on global connectivity within the Valuation group and launched the firm’s Diligence Advisory practice. Anne previously worked in the acquisition/disposition group of Houston-based Gencom American Hospitality, a privately owned company specializing in the acquisition, ownership and management of hotel properties throughout the United States. She began her career as a commercial appraiser with Ernst and Young in Dallas, Texas where she was involved in feasibility analysis, valuation and consulting engagements for a variety of commercial property types including office, retail, multifamily, hotels and senior-living projects.
As Executive Managing Director of Global Business Development, Beau Jones is responsible for expanding and strengthening client relationships to deliver greater business performance and profitability. Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. His experience includes both domestic and international investments of all property types including equity and debt underwriting and asset management, as well as primary and special servicing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, balance sheet, CMBS, construction and interim debt projects. Prior to re-joining Trimont in 2017, Mr. Jones was Managing Director of Business Development for Cohen Financial. He also served as co-head of the Asset Advisory division overseeing the firm’s more complex and structured asset management portfolios and relationships. His previous roles include Head of Asset Management at both Prudential and Situs. From 1999- 2007, Mr. Jones served in several capacities at Trimont including establishing the European division in London.
Marc McDevitt is a Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) on the CMBS Ratings Surveillance team, responsible for evaluating credit risk, transaction surveillance, and monitoring letter ratings for a CMBS portfolio of over $315 billion. He formerly was part of the leadership team for KBRA Credit Profile (KCP), a monthly subscription platform that provides timely credit analysis, valuations, and loss projections for the CMBS universe. Previously, Marc has served as an operating advisor for CMBS securitizations and has held positions at BNY Mellon and PNC Bank. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Villanova University.
As Co-Founder and Managing Principal of GreenRock Capital, Chris Robbins is responsible for originating, advising and structing accretive C-PACE financing solutions for CRE owners and developers. His valuable expertise developed over a decade in the industry and as a pioneer in C-PACE has prompted frequent invitations to serve as a panelist for noteworthy organizations and conferences including the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Western States CREF Conference, Urban Land Institute ULI), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), among others. Chris actively contributes to the industry’s development through his leadership roles on several councils and boards. He is currently a member of the executive committee of the Northern CA Real Estate and Development Council for the City of Hope and serves on the Redevelopment and Reuse Council of ULI Americas. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
