Joanie is a Senior Vice President at M and T Realty Capital Corporation and is the Chief Underwriter primarily focused on affordable housing and all bridge products. She is based in Plano, TX and has been in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. She has experience leading Agency and Private Placement credit teams. Prior to joining M and T RCC, Joanie led the credit team at Barings Multifamily Capital and was also the Chief Underwriter for the Barings private placement balance sheet product.

Lonnie Hendry, CRE, Chief Product Officer at Trepp, Inc, specializes in valuation, appraisals, analytics, modeling, and financial analysis. Lonnie's experience includes 20+ years across the CRE industry & he's charged with enhancing Trepp’s client relationships across all business lines and product verticals. Lonnie and his team assist Trepp clients with accomplishing their strategic goals through a variety of Trepp products, customized advisory services and client solutions. Lonnie earned a MS degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington where he also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, an adjunct professor, and serves on Fordham & Texas Tech's Real Estate Institute Executive Advisory Councils.
Joe Pella is Head of National Real Estate at Truist CRE. In this role, Joe is responsible for leading multiple teams focused on the strategic delivery of tailored financial products, services, and solutions to privately owned commercial real estate developers, investors, and homebuilder clients nationwide. The National Real Estate team currently has a presence in 20 office locations. Joe began his banking career with Truist and its predecessor companies in 2006. Prior to his current role, he was the Team Lead for the Southeast National Real Estate Team and Group Vice President and Team Leader for the Residential Homebuilder Group, responsible for providing financial solutions to private homebuilders. Joe has also held various roles and responsibilities in Special Assets and as a Relationship Manager in the Residential Homebuilder Group. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute – Atlanta as an Advisory Board Member. Joe is also an active member of the NMHC Finance Committee and is co-chair of the MBA Senior Executive Round Table. Joe is a graduate of the University of Georgia with dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate and Risk Management and Insurance.
Stephanie Wiggins is Managing Director/Head of Production for PGIM Real Estate’s Agency and FHA Platform. She focuses on driving multifamily loan production and the development of strategic initiatives that serve to expand business opportunities and facilitate growth. Stephanie is an accomplished senior leader with over 35 years of success in the commercial real estate financial sector. In addition, Stephanie is deeply committed to advancing the tenets of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining the company in 2021, Stephanie served as Chief Production Officer for the FHA team at Walker and Dunlop. She also served a 19-year tenure as Chief Investment Officer for the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust, a socially responsible fixed-income investment fund where she managed multifamily originations and operations with a focus on agency debt executions. Stephanie holds key roles within several industry associations including the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association; the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI’s) Public Private Partnership Council, ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, and ULI’s Young Leaders Group mentor program; Mortgage Bankers Association’s COMBOG council, and MBA’s Capital Council as Chair; and Real Estate Executive Council (REEC). Stephanie also serves as Chair for the board of directors for The Campagna Center, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and social development programs for underserved children, teens and adults in Alexandria, Virginia.
