Frankie Jones is a Vice President and Managing Director in the Mortgage & Real Estate Department for Lincoln Financial Group. In his role, Jones oversees mortgage closing, servicing, and asset management for Lincoln’s commercial mortgage loan portfolio. He is also responsible for manager selection, due diligence, and portfolio construction for Lincoln’s real estate private equity funds portfolio. He currently serves as a vice chair of the MBA Servicer Council and co-chair of the MBA Life Co. Executive Servicers Roundtable. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial in his current capacity, Jones was a partner at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP where he primarily focused his law practice on commercial real estate, land use and corporate law. He is a graduate of Davidson College and UVA School of Law.

With over 35 years of experience as a credentialed and licensed insurance professional, Kathleen leverages her extensive expertise to build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, transform business processes, and provide consultative insurance support to lending and servicing leaders. A recognized industry leader, Kathleen is a passionate advocate for reforming the Flood Disaster Protection Act and frequently speaks on this critical topic. Her past achievements include collaborating with the Mortgage Bankers Association to lobby Congress for the creation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), developing the ACORD 28 Property Certificate, and co-authoring influential whitepapers such as “Blanket Insurance” and “Due Diligence for Force Placed Insurance.” More recently, she contributed to the first edition of the ABA’s Reference Guide to Flood Compliance.
Gretchan Francis is a respected leader in the forced-placed insurance industry, with over 20 years of banking and insurance experience and deep expertise in creating specialized insurance solutions for financial institutions. As the founder and managing director of InsureMAC, she spearheads efforts to deliver top-tier lender-placed insurance solutions for mortgage servicers, banks, specialty lenders and credit unions. Her career began with pivotal roles at premier banks and insurance brokerages, where she specialized in lender-placed, mortgage impairment, and blanket hazard insurance. Ms. Francis holds a BA from the University of Mount Union and an MBA from Youngstown State University. She is actively involved in key industry associations, championing initiatives that advance our field and promote collaborative success.
Jim King is the Senior Director of Insurance for Q10 Capital Servicing. He has worked in the insurance industry over 20 years and is well versed in the insurance world. King manages the Q10 Capital Insurance Servicing team which services a portfolio of over a thousand loans and in excess of six billion dollars in principal balance. Recognizing the struggles and difficulties both borrowers and lenders have with insurance, he makes sure his team stays up to date with current regulations and operates at the highest level of professionalism. King is one of two licensed agents on staff with property casualty insurance licenses. A knowledgeable, experienced, proactive insurance servicing team can really make a difference especially in today’s volatile insurance market.
