Tina Lichens, General Manager at LightBox, is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing strategy for the company’s Capital Markets business with a heavy focus on advancing LightBox CRE technology products tailored for brokers and investors. She currently oversees operations and financial management of the firm’s Capital Markets’ business line that includes Real Capital Markets (RCM), LightBox Vision, and ClientLook. In this role, Lichens is instrumental in maintaining relationships with our core clients and holds deep relationships with strategic partners including leading CRE brokerage firms, investment firms, and debt and equity providers.

As Chief Technology Officer, Heather Anderson leads Northmarq’s digital transformation across all business lines, including application development, cloud, data, information security and business process integration. She is an accomplished information technology leader who excels at understanding business needs and developing technology solutions that drive business strategy. Heather joined Northmarq in 2020, most recently holding the position of Vice President, Application Services. Prior to Northmarq, Heather held IT leadership roles in the financial industry at TCF Bank and US Bank. She has over 20 years of progressive technology experience, beginning her career as a software engineer before transitioning into IT management.
Charlotte has spent her career in commercial and consumer banking and lending and is passionate about helping financial institutions harness and protect their data with cutting-edge AI technology. She currently leads the Banking and Credit strategy at Egnyte, a content cloud that provides financial institutions, including CRE firms, with collaboration, intelligence, and governance tools. Before Egnyte, she spearheaded partnerships for a commercial neobank and broker-dealer, growing AUM from $100MM to $500MM. She also played a key role at Credit Karma, building its credit card acquisition strategy through partnerships with card issuers.

L.D. has extensive experience founding, advising, and investing in leading private technology companies. Prior to founding Cherre, L.D. served as Executive Director of Oppenheimer’s Private Shares Group, after Oppenheimer acquired Greencrest Capital, a firm he co-founded to enable pre-IPO transactions in some of the largest private technology companies in the world, including Facebook, twitter, and Uber. Prior to that L.D. served as the Principal of Knight Capital Group’s Private Equity Fund, and previously as a captain in the Israeli Army. L.D. earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and is a Joseph Wharton Merit Scholar. L.D. also holds a B.A., LL.B., and LL.M. in finance and International Law from IDC Herzliya.

Previously, Ben founded and led Freddie Mac's Multifamily Innovation Lab and Small Balance Loan product line. He also co-founded GPARENCY, an AI-powered mortgage brokerage recognized on LinkedIn’s “2022 Top Startup List.” Ben has been named to GlobeSt.'s "50 Under 40" and is a Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leader.
