Bryan Doyle is a Managing Director of Capital Markets and Head of CBRE’s Private Client Program. In his role, Bryan oversees the recruitment, training, and management of Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals across the U.S. He also acts as Executive Sponsor and business lead for Capital Markets technology and data initiatives. Bryan has held prior roles in sales and technology leadership, including founding CBRE’s Lead Center, a nationwide team of integrated sales and marketing professionals responsible for generating new business by leveraging technology-driven sales processes and digital marketing.

Tina Lichens, General Manager at LightBox, is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing strategy for the company’s Capital Markets business with a heavy focus on advancing LightBox CRE technology products tailored for brokers and investors. She currently oversees operations and financial management of the firm’s Capital Markets’ business line that includes Real Capital Markets (RCM), LightBox Vision, and ClientLook. In this role, Lichens is instrumental in maintaining relationships with our core clients and holds deep relationships with strategic partners including leading CRE brokerage firms, investment firms, and debt and equity providers.
Aaron J. Perlis, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, joined Walker and Dunlop in 2002 as part of the Structured Finance and Equity team. In his current role, Mr. Perlis is responsible for the company’s Information Technology department with a focus on the strategic implementation of new technologies across the company and leveraging data to enhance all phases of the business. Mr. Perlis is also a member of the company’s Administrative Committee. Prior to his current role, Mr. Perlis was responsible for Walker and Dunlop’s strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as new product development. Mr. Perlis was a member of the Company’s team responsible for the acquisition of certain assets from Column Guaranteed in 2009 and worked closely with senior management to successfully execute the Company’s initial public offering in December 2010, the acquisition of CWCapital’s Agency business, and several other acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Perlis held various roles with the Company’s principal investments group and was responsible for the portfolio management of the group’s investments as well as the due diligence and financial analysis associated with the construction, mezzanine debt, and joint venture financing of investments and acquisitions made by the principal investments group. He has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of over $2.2 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Perlis obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Beyond the Company, he is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Multi Housing Council.
L.D. has extensive experience founding, advising, and investing in leading private technology companies. Prior to founding Cherre, L.D. served as Executive Director of Oppenheimer’s Private Shares Group, after Oppenheimer acquired Greencrest Capital, a firm he co-founded to enable pre-IPO transactions in some of the largest private technology companies in the world, including Facebook, twitter, and Uber. Prior to that L.D. served as the Principal of Knight Capital Group’s Private Equity Fund, and previously as a captain in the Israeli Army. L.D. earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and is a Joseph Wharton Merit Scholar. L.D. also holds a B.A., LL.B., and LL.M. in finance and International Law from IDC Herzliya.

Previously, Ben founded and led Freddie Mac's Multifamily Innovation Lab and Small Balance Loan product line. He also co-founded GPARENCY, an AI-powered mortgage brokerage recognized on LinkedIn’s “2022 Top Startup List.” Ben has been named to GlobeSt.'s "50 Under 40" and is a Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leader.
