Introductions

Ben Larson is a vice president with Colliers Mortgage, LLC, overseeing asset management operations for its FHA and USDA portfolios. Larson joined the company under the Dougherty Mortgage, LLC banner in 2018 and has been actively involved in the servicing and asset management of commercial mortgage loans for 16 years across multiple lending platforms including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Life. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from St. Cloud State University.

Christine Chandler has been with M&T since 1991 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since 2018, she has been responsible for making credit decisions for M&T RCC multifamily and healthcare transactions underwritten in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Agency) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) platforms as well as managing the company’s operations and its Asset Management Group and Transformation team. Prior to that, Chandler served 13 years as the M&T RCC Chief FHA Underwriter, was a senior Fannie Mae DUS Underwriter, and previously spent several years managing the closing and delivery for FHA and Ginnie Mae transactions. Chandler has also served as a relationship manager in the company’s commercial real estate division, focusing on construction and permanent portfolio lending. Active in various committees and groups related to the mortgage banking industry, Chandler is a voting member of MBA’s Board of Directors, served as the 2023 Chair of MBA’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), and was appointed to MBA’s Audit Committee in 2021. She is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and is a passionate advocate for mPower, MBA Promoting Opportunities for Women to Extend their Reach, the largest networking organization for women in real estate finance.

Mr. Harrison is the Chief Operating Officer at Midland Loan Services, a PNC Real Estate business, where he leads strategy and operations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. David brings an innovative approach to process improvement and technology integration. He serves on the firm’s executive management team and is a member of the senior leadership group. His background in commercial real estate includes capital markets, workouts, business development and client relations. Before joining PNC, he held positions at Fitch Ratings, Key Bank, and the Archon Group. He is an active member of the MBA and CREFC and holds committee leadership positions in both organizations. He received a BS in Political Science and a Minor in Economics from the University of Houston in 1997.

As Executive Managing Director of Global Business Development, Beau Jones is responsible for expanding and strengthening client relationships to deliver greater business performance and profitability. Jones has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. His experience includes both domestic and international investments of all property types including equity and debt underwriting and asset management, as well as primary and special servicing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, balance sheet, CMBS, construction, and interim debt projects. Prior to re-joining Trimont in 2017, Jones was Managing Director of Business Development for Cohen Financial. He also served as co-head of the Asset Advisory division overseeing the firm’s more complex and structured asset management portfolios and relationships. His previous roles include Head of Asset Management at both Prudential and Situs. From 1999- 2007, Jones served in several capacities at Trimont, including establishing the European division in London.
