Paula Williams Jackson has 23+ years experience in CRE finance with a background in underwriting and asset management within the two dominate lending platforms, Agency and CMBS. She is the Vice President, Chief Asset Manager, Manager of Asset Management at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital ("BWE") on the Agency platform. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both earned from the University of Maryland. Paula earned her CCMS designation from the MBA in 2019. She is a Board Member of Commercial Real Estate Women Maryland Suburban Chapter as well as serves as a Board Member on BWE Foundation Board. Paula was also 2022 Chair of the Fannie Mae DUS CAM Subcommittee and continues to serve on this Subcommittee.

Charlotte Anne Croog started her career in residential loan servicing and has worked across servicing, legal, asset management, technology and operations. As a legacy mortgage banker, she is proud to be in an industry that allows anyone with a passion to explore our many pathways. An intuitive leader, Charlotte has a proven track record of success in leading teams, fostering accountability, and driving shared successes. She believes strongly in mentoring and coaching; working closely with individuals to develop their careers and create open platforms for collaboration. Charlotte excels at identifying pain points, streamlining processes, and utilizing technology and resources to streamline operations and drive efficiencies; using the needs and voices of teams as guideposts.
Rich Pardoe is a Senior Vice President, Asset Management for M&T Realty Capital Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial analysis, inspections, escrow administration and systems development for GSE loans. He received a Master of Science, Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and Master of Arts, Public Administration, University of Baltimore. He earned the CCMS designation in 2019 and is a co-chair of the CCMS Philanthropic Committee.
Chris Shamaly currently serves as Executive Managing Director of CBRE Loan Services. He has over 30 years’ experience both as a real estate and capital markets professional as well as a commercial bank lawyer where he specialized in commercial and residential loan servicing, complex loan workouts, loan sales and REO asset management. Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both finance and real estate from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
Rosie Sheehan is a Director, Business Development at SS&C Technologies focusing on the sales and advancement of innovative solutions and services for leading financial services firms. In this role, she is primarily responsible for growing SS&C’s impressive client base of lenders to support their enterprise operations. Prior to SS&C, Rosie served as the Associate Director of Advocacy at the Mortgage Bankers Association, where she lead advocacy member engagement during the height of the COVID pandemic, and delivered on key residential and commercial mortgage policy initiatives at the federal, state and local levels of government. She began her career serving as Manager, Congressional & Federal Affairs for the American Psychological Association.
Lindsay Tarwater joined JPMorgan Chase in 2022 as Executive Director. She is currently developing a new servicing platform for JPMorgan’s GSE Agency servicing business. Prior to JPMorgan, Lindsay worked at KeyBank as a Manager in the Surveillance department, where she oversaw processes for various product types and built a new team specializing in Agency loans. She also gained experience as an Agency Underwriter, focusing on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae DUS including multifamily affordable loans, conventional loans, supplemental loans, loan transfers/assumptions, and Forward Commitments and Conversions. Prior to joining KeyBank, Mrs. Tarwater served for eight years at PNC Bank. Lindsay graduated Magna Cum Laude from Graceland University, and earned her MBA in Finance from Avila University. Lindsay is an active member of MBA’s mPact Young Professionals group, the CREFC Women’s Network, and CREW Network. Outside work, she tries to keep up with her two elementary-age kids and volunteers in her local civic symphony.
