Ben Larson is a vice president with Colliers Mortgage, LLC, overseeing asset management operations for its FHA and USDA portfolios. Ben joined the company under the Dougherty Mortgage, LLC banner in 2018 and has been actively involved in the servicing and asset management of commercial mortgage loans for more than 15 years across multiple lending platforms including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life. He received his bachelor of science degree in finance from St. Cloud State University.

Christine Chandler is the 2024 MBA Vice Chair. Christine Chandler has been with M and T since 1991 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. As COO/CCO, Chandler has been responsible for making credit decisions for M and T Realty Capital Corporation (RCC) multifamily and healthcare transactions underwritten in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Agency) and FHA platforms as well as managing the company operations. In addition, the Asset Management Group and Transformation Team, including technology and process improvement, report to Chandler. She serves on both the MBA Audit and DEI committees; former Chair of the MBA Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) and former co-Chair - MBA Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Committee.

Adam Fox is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ U.S. CMBS group. His primary areas of expertise are commercial mortgage servicing and U.S. commercial securitization. Adam is currently responsible for Fitch’s North American commercial mortgage servicing group and leads a team of three analysts covering approximately 45 commercial mortgage servicers. In addition, he maintains an active role in new issuance and surveillance commercial securitization rating reviews as well as European servicer evaluations. Prior to his current position, Adam led a team of five associates who perform CMBS surveillance and authored a variety of research and criteria reports. Brian Hanson joined CWCapital in February 2006. His responsibilities are focused on maximizing strategic relationships with clients and business partners of the firm and its affiliates RealINSIGHT and RealINSIGHT Marketplace as well as industry constituents. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Hanson managed the primary and special servicing and asset management functions for CRIIMI MAE’s $19 billion commercial mortgage portfolio. Prior to CRIIMI MAE, Mr. Hanson served as Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Director for JCF Partners in Lanham, MD, overseeing their $1 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to joining JCF in 1991, Mr. Hanson was Vice President of secondary marketing and syndications for a financial institution and its wholly-owned mortgage banking subsidiary.
Carina Johnson has been with Walker and Dunlop, LLC for over nine years and is part of the Senior Management team that services a $125 billion portfolio. As Senior Vice President of Insurance within the Servicing Department, she oversees the entire insurance compliance process from pre-closing to servicing compliance for HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Company and Bridge loans. Carina is an active member of the MBA and sits as a Vice Chair on the Servicing Council Committee. She specializes in Risk Mitigation, Insurance Compliance, and has played a key role in developing multiple insurance compliance applications. She has her B.A. in International Business, Economics, with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
Stephanie Milner is the Associate Vice President and Head of Commercial/Multifamily Policy. She is responsible for policy and advocacy execution and member engagement for MBA’s commercial and multifamily members, including private sector, HUD, and GSE lenders. Prior to joining MBA, Milner worked at Fannie Mae where she held several positions, including Director of Capital Markets and Senior Director of Strategy. Prior to that, she practiced law in the areas of Affordable Housing and Structured Finance. Milner holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
Jamie Woodwell is Vice President in the Research and Economics group at MBA, where he oversees MBA's research and related activities covering the commercial and multifamily real estate markets. Jamie and his work are regularly cited in the media, on Capitol Hill and in regulatory settings. He is a regular speaker at industry and corporate events; has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg and in other popular and trade press; and testified before the Congressional Oversight Panel for TARP. Jamie initiated many of MBA's research activities, and created MBA's Peer Business Roundtables and the CREF Careers program. Jamie joined MBA in 2004 from Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for multifamily data initiatives.
