Bob Wright, CMB, CCMS – Bob is currently a Managing Director for SS&C Technologies focusing on the Commercial/Multifamily finance market. He is responsible for delivering next generation technology solutions, including the Precision LM platform and numerous other automation solutions. Prior to SS&C, he was a SVP at PNC’s Midland Loan Services division for 23 years with extensive operational oversight responsibilities throughout the loan servicing division, including technology prioritization, innovation and process improvement, business development and account management. He earned his MBA from the University of Kansas in Finance and BSBA from the University of Missouri, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. Bob was appointed to MBA's Commercial Board of Governors in 2022.

Meghan Czechowski is Senior Vice President and Head of Apprise. Ms. Czechowski joined Apprise with over 15 years of experience which includes the execution and management of teams executing valuation and consulting assignments for all asset types and classes throughout the U.S. She specializes in multifamily product and has been engaged primarily by institutional lenders and investors, life companies, federally regulated banks, GSEs, and private equity lenders. She also has extensive experience in valuations for annual reporting purposes. Throughout her career appraisal and consulting assignments have included all major property types throughout the U.S. such as power centers, mixed use and lifestyle centers, community and neighborhood shopping centers, multifamily properties, industrial buildings, medical office, and single and multi-tenant office buildings. Additionally, her assignments performed include appraisal, feasibility and consulting assignments involving market-rate and affordable apartment complexes, student housing projects, condominiums, vacant land, office buildings, shopping centers, and various investment properties.

In her role as Director of Servicing Business Transformation, Jen oversees a team of Business Process Managers and Servicing Business Champions. The combined team serves as the primary liaison between Servicing and IT in driving and implementing Northmarq Servicing technology initiatives. The team is focused on new/improved processes and customer experiences via technology & otherwise, including ideation, testing, and rollout/change management amongst the larger Servicing function. Prior to her current role, Jen held analyst and manager positions amongst the Asset Management team. Jen holds her MBA and BBA from the University of Minnesota with focuses in Finance and Strategic Management.
