Larney Bisbano is serves as a Director on the CRE Servicing and Asset Management team at SitusAMC, where he leads new client relationships and manages a team of Relationship Managers. With a distinguished career spanning many reputable names in the industry, Larney is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in originations, underwriting, syndication, credit, portfolio management, and work outs. Larney's contributions to the industry are recognized by his former role as an Advisor to The Real Estate Lenders Association and former Board Member and New York Chapter President. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Bernie has over 20 years of experience in treasury management and commercial real estate. As the current Director of Servicing Operations, Bernie oversees a team of 26 highly experienced individuals covering all operational areas such as Cash Management, Investor Remitting and Reporting, Escrow Management, Insurance, and Loan Onboarding. Prior to joining Bellwether, Bernie spent over 17 years at KeyBank specializing in Treasury Management and Real Estate Finance. During his tenure at the Bank, he managed a national team of treasury management advisors and client management specialists supporting KeyBank’s vast Real Estate Portfolio. Bernie received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Marcy Burns serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of the Real Estate Treasury Management at PNC Bank. With a proven track record of fostering enduring client relationships and delivering tailored solutions across all real estate sectors, Marcy is dedicated to positioning PNC as an industry leader. In her role, Marcy focuses on assembling a team of real estate industry experts and spearheading initiatives to enhance PNC's offerings. Most recently, she has been instrumental in the launch of PNC's CMA solution and building a team of specialists in the commercial mortgage servicing segment. Marcy joined PNC in 2008 and specialized in Real Estate Treasury Management since 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
Ms. Dana Jo Martino is a Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Berkadia. Ms. Martino has been in the commercial real estate industry for 33 years and with Berkadia and predecessor companies for 22 years. Her current responsibilities include the leadership and oversight of the Servicing Risk and Compliance, Loan Administration and Cash Management teams as well as training and development across the servicing platform. Additionally, Ms. Martino is Co-Lead for Berkadia’s BeWIN (Berkadia’s Women Impact Network), a part of Berkadia’s DEIB Employee Resource Initiative. Ms. Martino attended Thomas Edison State University with a focus on Financial Institution Management and obtained a Masters Certificate in Real Estate from Monmouth University. She is a member of both the Mortgage Banker Association and CRE Finance Council, achieving the MBA’s CCMS designation, and participating in various committees. She is currently Co-Chair of the MBA Operations Committee and previously served as Chair of the MBA FHA Servicers Subcommittee.
As Vice President, Senior Manager, Anne Seehusen oversees Northmarq’s Freddie Mac and CMBS Asset Management Team. Her team is responsible for processing all Asset Management transactions, including high volume routine requests, complex transfers, modifications, and assumptions. Anne joined Northmarq in 2012 as an Asset Management Analyst on the Agency team and has been a part of the Northmarq leadership team since 2015. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Augsburg University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loras College.
