Jim has more than 35 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate, including 30 years in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending. Jim joined Capital One in August 2012 to build and run the Agency Finance Asset Management platform. Prior to joining Capital One, Jim worked at Wells Fargo and predecessor companies for 15 years holding leadership roles in credit, portfolio management, underwriting and asset management. Jim has held positions at Freddie Mac, Arthur Andersen, and First Florida Bank. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from University of Florida.

Lincoln is a Senior Analyst at Ameritas Investment Partners with 9+ years of servicing and asset management experience on commercial life company portfolios, focused on leveraging portfolio management expertise with analytics to mitigate risk and expedite informed decision making. Dan Linder is Managing Director and Head of Revenue at RealINSIGHT. He is responsible for Sales, Client Management, Marketing and Industry Relations at the company. Dan is a 19 year veteran of the commercial real estate finance and technology industry. Since 2018, his focus has been on ensuring all of RealINSIGHT’s current and prospective clients can increase productivity and mitigate risk through the use of technology. His passion is working creatively to foster new and lasting client relationships.
Rich Marion is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Asset Manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (“M&T RCC”), which includes oversight of the asset management team and all operations and management of the RCC servicing portfolio consisting of 1,500 loans and $26 billion in assets. Rich has over 30 years of experience in asset management, servicing, special servicing, and portfolio & risk management. Prior to joining M&T Rich was a Senior Vice President on the Agency Finance Asset Management team at Capital One and held senior positions at Newmark, formerly Berkeley Point Capital/Berkshire Mortgage, and MNC Mortgage Corporation. Rich assisted in developing and currently teaches the MBA Multifamily Property Inspection Workshop and earned the CCMS designation from the MBA in 2014.
