Melanie Follstaedt is the Investor Accounting Manager at Colliers Mortgage. She joined Colliers in 2022 after several years in residential mortgage, where she managed the accounting, servicing, and investor reporting functions for both agency and portfolio loans within credit union/banks. Her team at Colliers handles the investor accounting and reporting functions across Fannie, FHA/HUD, and over 20 life companies. She earned her Master of Business Administration concentrated in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs.

Ms. Brann is Vice President in Walker & Dunlop’s Servicing department over Investor Accounting. Audrey joined Walker & Dunlop in 2018 and brings more than 14 years of investor reporting and loan servicing experience to her role. In her current role, she manages the Investor Reporting and Reconciliation teams. This entails overseeing a team that completes the various reporting requirements across all loan types of over 8,000 loans and a team that completes daily reconciliation of approximately 1,300 accounts. Ms. Brann earned her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia and her Master of Business Administration from Baker University.
I am known for driving efficiencies and producing tangible results. I’m an experienced people and project manager with a passion for generating innovative ideas and finding alternative solutions. I started my career in this industry in 2011 in corporate trust services, followed by single family Investor Accounting in 2012, and then moved over to the multi-family Investor Accounting with JLL in 2018. I have expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analytics, as well as at extracting actionable intelligence from diverse datasets.
Tatyana is an industry veteran with over two decades in Commercial Real Estate arena. She joined Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) in 2007 in Portfolio Surveillance & Reporting and held several positions within the business unit. Currently, she leads the Data Stewardship, Analytics, and Reporting team which plays an essential role in third-party oversight and regulatory compliance, managing all facets of portfolio reporting and risk analysis, and providing critical operational data support to all lines of business within CMS. Under Tatyana's leadership, her team has implemented key initiatives aimed at improving data quality and reliability, reducing errors and duplication, and increasing automation and efficiency. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Tatyana started her Commercial Real Estate career as a market research analyst at Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco. Tatyana holds a Master’s of Education and an MBA in International Business degrees.
