Mr. Watson joined Walker & Dunlop in 2010 and is responsible for managing the investor accounting and treasury groups within the servicing department. In this capacity, he oversees a staff that is responsible for all transaction processing, investor reporting, bank account reconciliation and treasury functions for the $125 billion servicing portfolio. Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and his Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Ashley Fair joined Merchants Capital in 2014, serving in internal audit and cash management roles, and currently leads the GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, and balance sheet investor reporting team. Merchants Capital primarily originates and services multifamily loans on Merchants Bank’s balance sheet and on behalf of agency investors, totaling $24 billion in unpaid principal balance. The portfolio requires investor reporting for proprietary and agency securitized pools, bank loan participations, private label sub-servicing portfolios, and construction lending. Prior to her time at Merchants, Ashley has extensive experience in retail and mortgage banking.
Dan Kohrs is a part of PNC’s Treasury Management Real Estate organization. With a focus on third party servicers and their lenders, Dan is responsible for building relationships and advising clients on real estate focused products within PNC’s Treasury Management platform and delivering integrated solutions to clients. Dan also played a key role in bringing PNC PAID to market, a CMA platform designed for the real estate industry. And launching a digital KYC onboarding process to expedite the new borrower account opening process. Dan has held multiple roles since joining PNC in 2014, primarily focused on developing scalable systems and integrated technology to deliver a better client experience through automation. Dan earned a BA from Washington & Jefferson College.
Sara joined Gantry in 2020, leading the establishment of its Portland office following a decade-long tenure at the Portland-based mortgage banker NBS, which was later acquired by Gantry. With a comprehensive background in mortgage banking, Sara oversees the servicing team, with a focus on servicing and corporate accounting functions. Sara is responsible for the integrity of internal controls, manages company bank relationships, and supervises a team of twenty at Gantry. Sara started her career working at various banks in an accounting capacity. She progressed into property management and eventually corporate and loan servicing accounting. Actively engages with the MBA representing both Gantry and the industry at large through speaking engagements on Servicing, Accounting, and Technology.
