Sharon leads Greystone’s servicing and asset management division and oversees Asset Management, Investor Reporting; Custodial Accounting; Loan Administration; Securities and Documentation; and Customer Care. She previously served as CFO of the company’s servicing and lending platforms. Greystone’s $98.2 billion portfolio of loans is serviced for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA and other investors, and has maintained the highest rating from S&P Global Ratings (Strong) for several years. Prior to joining Greystone in 2005, Sharon was an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo where she was the Director of Agency Servicing. She has also held senior roles at AMI Capital Inc., Prudential Multifamily Mortgage, the WMF Group and Capri Capital (formerly Washington Capital). Sharon attended Vanderbilt University and George Washington University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Frankie Jones is a Vice President and Managing Director in the Mortgage & Real Estate Department for Lincoln Financial Group. In his role, Jones oversees mortgage closing, servicing, and asset management for Lincoln’s commercial mortgage loan portfolio. He is also responsible for manager selection, due diligence, and portfolio construction for Lincoln’s real estate private equity funds portfolio. He currently serves as a vice chair of the MBA Servicer Council and co-chair of the MBA Life Co. Executive Servicers Roundtable. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial in his current capacity, Jones was a partner at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP where he primarily focused his law practice on commercial real estate, land use and corporate law. He is a graduate of Davidson College and UVA School of Law.
Joseph Lovell (“Joe”), Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, joined Colliers Mortgage in 2022 after spending 28 years at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. In his role, Joe is responsible for the overall direction and daily management of the Colliers groups that include loan servicing and asset management, third party loan closing, risk management and business systems where he is tasked with appropriately mitigating operational risk; maintaining adequate staffing; effectively addressing outlier performance; and ultimately achieving performance goals.
Based in West Des Moines, IA, Derek is currently a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he focuses on capital markets, third party servicing, new business opportunities, and client relations. Prior to joining Grandbridge in 2020, he worked at Cohen Financial where he held multiple operational and managerial roles within the third party servicing and asset management teams. Derek attended college at the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in both Finance and Real Estate.
