With 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate servicing, Elizabeth has expertise in managing high-volume cashiered & non-cashiered life company & CMBS portfolios, with loans ranging in size from $1MM to more than $200MM. She joined the Slatt Capital team in 2022 as Managing Director of Loan Servicing, where she now oversees the twelve-team member loan servicing division responsible for the management of Slatt's $5 billion servicing portfolio. Elizabeth earned the CCMS designation in 2016 and was the CCMS Chair from 2020-2022. She now serves on the leadership team for the CCMS Society's Philanthropic Subcommittee, which received the Opens Doors Foundation's 2023 Spirit Award. She was Chair of the Small Servicers Committee from 2022-2023 and is a member of MBA's Servicer Council.

Saadia is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses on securitization, commercial real estate finance and general corporate matters. She represents issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers, master servicers, special servicers and B-piece buyers in connection with securitization transactions, particularly in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. Her commercial real estate finance work concentrates on loan modifications, assumptions and other servicing matters affecting securitized mortgages. Saadia received her JD from Harvard Law School. She served as the President of the Harvard National Security & Law Association and was managing editor of the Harvard National Security Journal.
Mr. Haley has been with CBRE Loan Services since October 2005 and currently acts as Senior Managing Director. His primary focus is on Freddie Mac, CMBS and CLO portfolio and asset management. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry including past employment with Wachovia Securities and GE Capital Loan Services. David has a diverse background including portfolio management, conduit originations, REO and note sales, special servicing and defeasance consulting. Mr. Haley is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and received a BBA in Finance from the Mays College of Business with the University of Houston in 1991.
Christina Hayhow is a Vice President and Senior Operations Manager within Midland Loan Services’ Real Estate Solutions group. In this role, she manages the teams responsible for the surveillance team that serves as the point of contact for rating agencies and investors in addition to overseeing the CREFC watchlist & financial statement and rent roll reporting process, and the team that coordinates all servicing functions for special serviced loans managed by external special servicers. Christina has a background in residential and commercial real estate, including loan servicing, asset management, underwriting, and client relations. Christina earned a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University, and Bachelor’s in Anthropology and Public Administration, with a minor in Economics from the University of Kansas. Christina serves as co-Chief Servicing Officer for Midland’s Freddie Mac portfolio and is actively pursuing her CCMS designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Jerry Smith is the Founder and President of Citrine Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate firm that consults and invests alongside its clients in select U.S. markets. Jerry oversees all aspects of property acquisition, development, financing, management, investor relations, capital formation, and consulting. Prior to launching the company, Jerry spent a decade working for a major, national investment brokerage firm in a handful of the company’s offices along the West Coast. Jerry is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he sits on the Small-Scale Development Council. Jerry holds a broker’s license (#01321958) in the state of California.
