Megan is the Director – Servicing Asset Management for Principal Real Estate Investors. She leads the Asset Management team and the Surveillance/Compliance team. PrinREI provides a wide variety of private debt options including core, construction, mezzanine debt, subordinate notes, and bridge loans. Within the PrinREI integrated debt platform Megan provides loan servicing structure guidance to closing, counsel, and underwriting. She joined the firm in 2006 and closed commercial real estate loans before joining the servicing team in 2011. Megan has a bachelor's degree in business management from Central College and a Masters in Business Administration and Leadership Certificate from University of Iowa.

Annabelle has over 20 years of industry experience in Portfolio Surveillance, Asset Management and Construction Loan Administration with Agency, Life Company and CMBS loans. She is currently a Vice President for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital overseeing the day to day asset management of the HUD portfolio. Prior to her current role, Annabelle was the Director of Surveillance at Barings Multifamily Capital where she set up the portfolio Surveillance group. Prior to that, she worked for Prudential Asset Resources and also Principal Real Estate Investors as Collateral Review Manager. Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics and an MBA from Drake University.
Jonelle Faal has provided leadership and strategic guidance to the commercial real estate finance industry for over 20 years. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Credit Analytics at Situs AMC, she oversees a $1.5 billion portfolio of structured loan assets and serves as a strategic business partner to institutional clients in private equity. She is also a Professor of Real Estate in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University where she teaches and mentors the next generation of CRE professionals. Prior to joining Situs AMC, Jonelle held senior asset management roles at Greystone Servicing, Inc. where she oversaw a specialized portfolio of affordable housing loan assets, and later joined their Portfolio Lending Group to provide guidance on warehouse lending and CLO management. She also served as an Asset Manager to the structured debt portfolio at Arbor Realty Trust, amongst other private consulting roles. Alongside her career, Jonelle is passionate about higher education and stays active in the business and civic communities of greater Atlanta. In addition to teaching at Georgia State University, she serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Visitors at Georgia Gwinnett College, is an academic contributor to the Institute of Real Estate Management and served on the Lanier Education Foundation Board of Trustees. Jonelle earned a specialized Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. In 2011, she was awarded recognition as the University System of Georgia Outstanding Scholar via joint resolution by the Georgia Senate and House of Representatives.
Charles Scott is a Vice President of Asset Management for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services. Based in Dallas, Charles overseas the FHA and Construction Asset Management teams, including the securitization of all GNMA pools and the protection/resolution of non-performing loans through various workout scenarios. In addition, he manages the Surveillance team responsible for monitoring the financial performance and physical condition of properties within the US debt portfolio. Prior to joining the firm Charles was on the debt originations side for 9 years at NorthMarq Capital in Dallas and NewMark Realty Capital in San Francisco, structuring debt solutions for permanent, bridge and construction loans. Charles earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
