Chuck Ryba is Senior Managing Director and Head of Asset Management. In that capacity, he leads the strategic expansion of asset management initiatives and oversees all asset management functions and staffing at NewPoint. Ryba joined NewPoint in 2024 and brings more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to the firm. Before NewPoint, Ryba was Senior Vice President and Director of Life Company Asset Management at Bellwether Real Estate Capital (BWE). Ryba was one of the initial two members of BWE's servicing department and, over the course of 15 years, would work to grow the department to over 100 employees managing a portfolio of $46 billion. Earlier in his career, Ryba held production and deal management roles at Capstone Realty Advisors, was an Underwriter at KeyBank, and worked in asset and portfolio management at Mellon Mortgage Company. Ryba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Muskingum University and holds a Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Dale Becker is the Director of FHA/USDA Risk Asset Management at Lument. As Director, he manages various duties related to the administration, finance, and operation of Lument's FHA/USDA Risk portfolio. Before joining Lument, Dale held the role of vice president and FHA asset management team lead with Walker & Dunlop. Dale has served as a board member for the Healthcare Mortgagee Advisory Council (HMAC) since 2022. Dale graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and continued his education at Boston University, obtaining a graduate certificate in real estate finance. Dale is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mike Jenkins currently serves as Senior Vice President of KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Mr. Jenkins joined KeyBank in 2013 and brings more than 15 years of experience in Loan Servicing and Asset Management. As the leader of KeyBank’s Special Servicing team in Kansas City, he oversees B-Piece underwriting, surveillance, compliance, investor reporting and distressed Loan asset management for KeyBank’s named specially servicing portfolio. KeyBank’s Special Servicing team currently has more $200 Billion in named Special Servicing rights across Agency, Conduit and SASB. Since 2016, the team has underwritten more than $100B in total assets within all asset classes nationwide.
Katie is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and chair of the firm’s Servicing & Special Servicing practice. She focuses on commercial mortgaged back securities (CMBS) including conduit and single asset, single borrower securitizations, collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and Freddie Mac securitizations—both the K Series and Small Balance Loan products representing special servicers, master servicers, sub-servicers and investors (B Piece buyers). Her practice is firmly rooted in providing comprehensive legal solutions to clients' regulatory challenges related to securitization, portfolio, and warehouse servicing agreements, including disclosure, compliance, and audit requirements. Katie also handles sale and purchases of securities, the collapse of pool trusts, workout and foreclosure strategies, asset management, transfers of servicing, and facilitating the sale of commercial mortgage servicing rights, cementing her reputation as an indispensable resource in the realm of real estate finance law.
