With 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate servicing, Elizabeth has expertise in managing high-volume cashiered & non-cashiered life company & CMBS portfolios, with loans ranging in size from $1MM to more than $200MM. She joined the Slatt Capital team in 2022 as Managing Director of Loan Servicing, where she now oversees the twelve-team member loan servicing division responsible for the management of Slatt's $5 billion servicing portfolio. Elizabeth earned the CCMS designation in 2016 and was the CCMS Chair from 2020-2022. She now serves on the leadership team for the CCMS Society's Philanthropic Subcommittee, which received the Opens Doors Foundation's 2023 Spirit Award. She was Chair of the Small Servicers Committee from 2022-2023 and is a member of MBA's Servicer Council.

As Chief Compliance Officer for JLL Real Estate Capital, Claire oversees a team responsible for operational risk management as well as regulatory compliance for the multifamily and Agency lending platform, including OFAC and AML compliance. Working closely with platform leadership, Claire works to ensure all Agency Guide and contractual obligations are incorporated into company policy and procedure, and that all regulatory and legal requirements are adhered to. Claire's team is also responsible for audit oversight, internal quality control reviews, and vendor management for the platform. Prior to her roles in Compliance, Claire worked within servicing and asset management, which provides a foundation conducive to implementing compliance initiatives while still driving business results.

Marc McDevitt is a Senior Director at KBRA on the CMBS Ratings Surveillance team, responsible for evaluating credit risk, transaction surveillance, and monitoring letter ratings for a CMBS portfolio of over $315 billion. Previously, he was part of the leadership team for KBRA Credit Profile (KCP), a monthly subscription platform that provides timely credit analysis, valuations, and loss projections for the CMBS universe. Prior to joining KBRA, McDevitt served as an operating advisor for CMBS securitizations and held positions at BNY Mellon and PNC Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
